Can I bring over my members and passes?
Yes. You import members and passes as CSV. For other data, write to us and we will show you the transfer.
Does avoo take a commission on bookings?
No. avoo charges a fixed monthly price and adds nothing on top of payments. The transaction fees you pay directly to your payment provider.
How do my members pay?
By card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, depending on the country of your studio also by SEPA direct debit. The payout goes to your account.
How long am I committed?

Where does Momence keep the data?
According to its GDPR help article, Momence stores customer data in data centers in the US and relies on certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for it. The article does not mention storage in the EU. The privacy policy (as of 1 April 2025) names sub-processors in several countries; there Momence is the processor and the studio the controller. With avoo the servers are in Europe.
